Register for the Basepaws Vet Portal

Registration gives you access to the Basepaws Vet Portal where you will be able to complete sample requisition forms and view the status of any genetic and oral microbiome tests you have submitted. Before you submit your first sample to the Basepaws lab, you must complete this easy registration!

Upon registration, you will receive a email asking you to confirm your email address. Once you click confirm, you will receive a temporary password to login. Please remember to create your own password after you've logged in for the first time.
